I lived on this property for 14 months from 2018-2019 and I was very pleased. The units were cleaned thoroughly upon move in, new paint, etc. This was my first time living on my own, no roommate, etc. Eric was always able to accommodate to my needs and handle any maintenance requests within a day or two. of complaint where a tenant was expressing discomfort. The building was always secure. Upon moving out, my deposit was promised to me 21 days from move out and it was actually received in full under the 21 day mark. My only complaint would be that on the 4th of July I was coming home and unable to park in my facility's parking lot as there were a large amount of people from the community parked or sitting in the lot in preparation for the Appleton fireworks at Memorial Park since these apartments are right down the road. All in all, I would rent here again and I would recommend it to others.
