I used to live in this complex back in 2000s and it was not good. I just visited again in 2023 and submitting my application! Amazing Renovations! Best in class for sure!

About Colony Apartments
Historic Shaker Heights living with a rapid station at your front door. The Colony sits on Van Aken Boulevard just south of University Circle and about six miles east of downtown Cleveland, with the RTA commuter train stopping directly in front of the property.
