Terrible Service

Living here has been an extremely terrible experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They close the leasing office randomly during regular business hours without notice. The office hardly ever answers the phone. The manager is always in a "meeting" preventing her from speaking to anyone. Maintenance is incompetent and slow. The security is laughable at best and spends more time on their cellphones socializing than they do watching the neighborhood. Leasing staff has changed several times ...

in the last two years I've lived here. The amenities are rarely available. The pool remains locked the majority of the summer. The appliances are extremely outdated and certainly not worth the market rate they charge. I cannot wait for my lease to be terminated in June.

OMG, where do I begin? It is very true when they say you get what you pay for. The management sucks. They are very unprofessional and make up things as they go along. The security doesn't secure anything. They just ride around and put stickers on everyone's car. My neighbor across the hall was robbed for her phone in broad day light right in front of our building, and management didn't even precaution or notify other residents. There is barely any parking for the residents let alone guest. In the ...

winter our heat stopped working in our unit, and we had to wait till the weekend was over for maintenance to come and fix it. In the summer the air condition "froze", and they had to shut it down the entire day to let it thaw...it was over 90 degrees outside!!! There are random inspections that they don't give you time prepare for. The dumpster for trash is in the most inconvenient place, and you have to take a journey just to throw your trash out. I could go on and on about so much that is not right with this property. My advice is to just pay a little extra and stay in a quality community cause this is not
