The neighborhood is not as rough as they make it out to be and the apartments wouldnt be bad if it wasnt for the manager. She doesnt care about anything that goes on. Random people hang out in the entrance people are either knocked out drunk or high and she wont do anything. If you want repairs done you hsve to beg! If i could afford to move out i would.
