Horrible Experience
August 19, 2024We have lived here for two and a half months and have had an absolutely horrible experience. With damage to our vehicle by a contracted company, neglectful management, stolen packages, and rude neighbors, we regret moving here wholeheartedly. We were promised so many things before move-in and nothing has been done. We still have not had our move-in maintenance almost three months later. We were never contacted like promised and we kept addressing management and they finally set up two appts that ...they never showed up for and never called, we were left hanging. Our apartment wasn’t cleaned or ready for move in, nothing was done that we were told would be like the garage bin being emptied, garage swept, and things were still broken inside. The window seal is broken and they still have not sent anyone out to assess the window as promised. Our biggest concern is our truck was damaged during an apartment-wide asphalt project. Our truck was clearly damaged by the asphalt company and I had been asking for updates repeatedly since informing them verbally and by email with pictures. I kept being promised it was being escalated and would be taken care of but I never heard back from anyone. I am now just getting an email three and a half weeks after the damage that it wasn’t the company and sorry, nothing they can do. There was clearly asphalt residue on our truck which one of the team members agreed she saw. We are livid at this response and lack of professionalism by the property manager and this issue not being resolved. Furthermore, our upstairs neighbors smoke despite it being a non-smoking property and us bringing this to the attention of management. They bang and make so much noise in early morning, late night, and all hours of the day. It wakes us up and our small child who cries when she’s woken up by the banging. Our packages were stolen after initially informing management about the noise issue as well. Save yourself money and emotional stress and do not move here.Property Manager Responded
