August 1, 2024The description of this apartment complex is unbelievable! If you have other options it’s best you pursue those! There is only 1 maintenance man for the entire complex and he doesn’t come out… you have to call and call and call about your maintenance request! Then when he does come out he only patches things up so in about a month or 2 you’ll have the same issue again! The floors are terrible, my walls and ceilings are caving in! The appliances are out of date. There is mold, dust, and mildew ...EVERYWHERE! The playground is always crowded with teens who smoke weed and there is trash EVERYWHERE! The grass is NEVER CUT! Weeds are growing in the sidewalk! It’s so bad that one day I came home and the city left notices on everyone’s door about the weeds growing up our buildings! Everything is so unkept! Don’t Move Here Under Any Circumstance!!
April 30, 2023By far the worst apartment complex to move to. Maintenance is horrible and doesn’t know how to fix things only patch work. Outdated appliances and there is a huge mold and dust issue in these apartments making it hard to breathe. Ive never had a dust allergy but I am slowly developing one. Have constantly called front office about mold and nothing has been done. Everyone just does patch work here. When it comes to maintenance I’ve ended up fixing things on my own. April 3, 2017I just moved here in august in 2016 the place had mold in it the dishwasher stinks the janitor destroyed my belongings I had to sue them they are not trying to give me my money for my damages the appliances are old and they apartments need to be updated they don't care of tenants they just want your money they have mold and mildew in the apartmentsReview from Apartments.com

February 20, 2017I have lived in Charlotte and the surrounding areas for 15 years, and Tower Place Apartments is by far the best place I have lived. I have lived at Tower Place 6 years, and it has been wonderful. Lisa, Ashley and Jeff couldn't be more helpful, nice, courteous and just overall good people. The complex is quiet, the people are friendly, and your neighbors look out for you. Tower Place has a very cozy, friendly and lovely atmosphere. Its the type of environment where your child can go out and ...play and you dont have to worry about anything happening, and that's rare now a days.
