June 11, 2024Notice there are no pictures of interior of apartments. It's because they are run-down. Definitely not worth the cost of rent. Make sure to look closely when checking out an apartment here. Mold and ongoing plumbing problems.Review from Apartments.com
Love living here
February 29, 2024I have been here since November of 23 and I love it! I’m excited to swim in the pool when it opens. There were a couple of issues I had with some appliances, and they took care of it immediately! They also have washer/dryer hook ups! Love it!Property Manager Responded

NOT DOG FRIENDLY!!!
April 6, 2016Lease never said that only townhomes allowed dogs and not apartments. Landlord THREATENED us to remove our dog we were fostering. We are moving once our lease is done!Property Manager Responded

We understand your frustration and want to clarify that our lease terms differentiate between townhomes and apartments regarding pet policies. It's possible there was a misunderstanding, especially if the pet situation was not explicitly discussed when you signed your lease, particularly if you were not fostering a dog at the time and didn't have any pets when you first moved in.

Rather Surprising.
July 20, 2015I have lived here for about a month now, and I barely have any complaints. Out manager is very curteous and kind. You wouldn't excpect such a nice apartment from the outside(older building) but it has been wonderful. I find our 2 bedroom so spacious, plus has a storage closet. We have washer and dryer connections. And best of all a very fair rent price. This apartment has everything I need and in a great location!Review from Apartments.com
