From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home, thanks to the outstanding administration, staff, and amenities. The administration team is top-notch, always responsive, and willing to help with any concerns or issues. The employees are polite, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcome and supported. The neighborhood is lovely, with a ...strong sense of community. The area is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of trees and greenery, making it a joy to walk around. The proximity to local amenities and services is also a big plus. One of the standout features of this complex is the fantastic amenities. The swimming pool and gym facility are always clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and stay active. March 10, 2025Congressional Towers offers the best living.It's a family oriented environment. In addition, it is surrounded by nature which is good for health. The fact that we stay outside in the benches and get sunshire, we feel great afterwards. On the other hand, the staff does the work on a timely manner and efficiently. Best leasing experience
November 9, 2023I recently became a resident here, having moved in early July this year, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed by the sense of community. On one occasion, I reported a repair request for a slow drain in my bathroom and a malfunctioning toilet tank on a Sunday night. To my surprise, when I returned home on Monday evening, everything had been fixed with a speed that exceeded my expectations! I've also had the pleasure of using the fitness center, which I find to be excellent. The quality ...of the equipment is top-notch, and it's never overly crowded. I appreciate the convenience of being able to use most of the equipment whenever I go. I've heard from a friend that there are beautiful Sakura trees in the community, although, sadly, I'll have to move by the end of this year.
