Located less than a mile from exit 17 on I-26, it's a quick hop to everything the tri-cities has to offer. Built in 2005, these 1bed/1bath units come both with, or without, a single car drive-under garage. All units offer central heat and air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer and dryer hookup in each unit, and two outside parking spaces per unit. Pets are welcomed with a one-time $250 fee and $25 a month pet rent. Small to medium sized dogs welcome. Breed restrictions apply.
