All applicants are required to complete a background, credit, and income screening. A minimum credit score of 640 is required, and qualified income must equal at least three times the monthly rent. Pets are welcome with a one-time $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Small to medium-sized dogs are accepted; breed restrictions apply. Professional pest control services are provided regularly to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
