Property seems to be poorly constructed with outlets popping out of the walls and uneven heat distribution throughout the space. Grounds maintenance people can be found all over, making all sorts of noise, but if you ever need something fixed, Management can't seem to find them.

Management will frequently dispatch noisy or disruptive maintenance to the property you're in without informing you before hand. This is especially charming when maintenance, for some reason, feels the need to bang on your door for some inane request. If you don't comply, you'll get a call from Mangement.
Management has changed hands several times in the last few years, and quality of living has trended downward with every exchange.
Don't expect a bright future for the area.
