Beautiful and Friendly Place to Call Home!

I really love Coronado Bay! First of all it has gorgeous architecture and it is green everywhere you look! The office staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue to discuss or something that needs to be fixed. I must say I love the very tall ceilings, my cozy fireplace, and just walking around the neighborhood after work and talking with neighbors. I have already recommended Coronado Bay to a good friend who is moving to town.

OK Place, Not Worth Price

The office hours listed on this page are not true, they open at 9. I have yet to see the "Breakfast/Coffee Concierge" and the "Business Center" is one computer with no fax or printer. There is no laundry facility on the premises, since all apartments have a washer and dryer. As for fireplaces-- I was told that this complex does not have any. I haven't had too many issues with the apartment, but there are problems. It's a fairly quiet area. Our seasonal bugs are minimal (maybe 1 or 2 each ...
summer), but if you get more, pest control comes every Tuesday and will spray (pet friendly) for free, unless the infestation is due to neglect. We did a walk through of an apartment we were going to get, however someone else got that apartment before we did. There was no walk through on the apartment we received. Also, not smoke free, as the apartment we received smelled like smoke. Our 2 bed/2 bath is $975/month and going up. Will be moving at the end of lease, because property and apartment is not worth $1,000 a month.

Clean and quiet

They property management team has always been responsive to any issues. We have 24 hour security that patrols the property. I also love that I can request getting a spray every month, we are in the desert and I rather prevent issues than have them.

I have been a resident at said apartment complex for a little over two years. So far, I have had a wonderful experience stemming from property management, to maintenance, the pool, spa and gym. The apartments are spacious, modern and very clean. it is close to the shopping centers and the freeways; highly recommended to friends and family.

This apartment complex is very good. There is an excellent couple of pools in the hot tub. There is a basic fitness center. The support that you get from the owners and from maintenance is superb. The main pool has two aqueducts and a lap pool. The apartment complex is very doggy friendly. It has little doggie pick up bags everywhere.

this apartment is great cause it offers private staircases 14 foot ceileings on the 2nd floor fireplace. only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that there has been a series of break ins lately other than that its a good neighborhood.

Convenient and clean

I've lived here about 4 years and I've never had a problem. I had a leak in my ceiling that the office immediately fixed. The complex is always clean around the common areas. The only complaint I have is that we don't have assigned parking, and the lot gets really full after about 8pm.
