A Gorgeous Place To Live
March 13, 2025I love my home at Fossil Creek because it is beautiful, and the people that work there are more beautiful, kind, professional and polite. This is my 3rd year there, and I always want to be here. Our.community is diverse , pet friendly, healthy, and you feel like you’re on a vacation resort everyday . They keep this place clean and lovely all year long. The staff , Vanessa and Rohni and all of management are super kind and always has a smile to help you! No place without a great ...maintenance team would be anyplace you want to live, but their team is best lever, they answer almost immediately every time you need service .Their team leader E Bryant and his team Jesse and the rest are very. Smart and fix things right the first time , and some of them even helped me carry groceries to my 3rd floor unit without me asking if they see me. If you come there, you’ll want to stay there. Corporate office has done a wonderful job overseeing their business to make sure you will have a wonderful experience applying and wonder experience living there. Their rates are very competitively low. My unit costs 3 times more in California and New York and my place looks better. The amenities and appliances have been upgraded to give you that luxury feel the movie stars enjoy! With 2 beautiful pools , hot tub, large flat screens, grills and an exercise facility that’s open 24 hours a day! Come and see!!!!Property Manager Responded

I’ve lived in both phases at this property and can say that the portion toward Riverside is where new residents should want to lease. The back end units on the opposite side need quite a bit of work that will not be visible until after a couple of weeks of occupying the unit. Both phase one and phase two are like night and day, vastly different in care unfortunately.
