HONEST REVIEW (from a currently disgruntled tenant)

I want to keep this honest as there are many good things about CGR and things that need to absolutely improve. I hope this is fair, as that is my goal.
- The front office is excellent (except for a random dude that works some Saturdays-not Cameron, he's great-that makes empty promises and never follows up)
- The buildings almost always smell like dog urine
- The apartment complex does NOT vet animals or screen them in any way and there are multiple aggressive/not well controlled dogs on the ...
premises.
- The pool and jacuzzi area is awesome except not always well kept with tons of bugs often floating in the ill-cleaned waters.
- The elevator is broken 60-75% of the time, so living on the 3rd or 4th floor is a pain.
- Parking is great and you can almost always find a spot. If you can't street parking is nearby.
- They throw a lot of events and bring in food trucks which is a nice touch.
- My wifi hasn't been working in over a month due to a coax that the apartment claimed wasn't their responsibility but after many attempts for clarification, they found out it was. It's a huge bummer and I still don't have access to any internet.
- Office hours are Tues-Saturday so that's awkward already and its often times hard to get things done promptly with that system.
- The complex is clean on the exterior and very safe besides the aggressive dogs.
- The shared space includes fun amenities like a pool table, Frogger machine, and a coffee/hot chocolate machine. The downside is that the drink machine is down a lot, but when it's up and working its such a nice touch.

We’re currently working on strengthening pet screening and enforcing policies to reduce building odors. We clean the carpets quarterly, and we address any accidents as soon as we find them, including spot-cleaning to help maintain fresh common areas.
Our team is also partnering with our elevator service provider to improve elevator reliability and reduce downtime. Pool and spa cleaning schedules are being adjusted to keep the water clearer and better maintained throughout the week.
