April 8, 2024The community is nice but you don’t get a lot of space for what you pay. If you invest in some vertical space, you’ll be just fine! The view of the mountains is really nice and the area is close to lots of stores and restaurants. The office staff is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need. People do speed through here, so watch out! Maintenance requests are very easy to put in online but depending on the urgency, they won’t get to you for a little while.Property Manager Responded

February 29, 2024Fairly nice apartment but price is high for the amount of space that you get. The trash valet is great but they don’t pick up every night. The gyms are okay but constantly out of wipes to clean down machines. When I moved in, I surprised at the cleanliness of the washer and dryers in the apartment. Love how many plugs there are in the kitchen, I can plug in all my kitchen appliances. Having two sinks in the bathroom is awesomeProperty Manager Responded

February 29, 2024These apartments make me feel like I’m in a safe environment and they are very nice on the inside as well. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I really enjoy it. It’s also located in a great spot because we are within a 5 minute radius of most places in the Springs. February 29, 2024I have lived in the Grand River apartments for about 8 months. I have been extremely satisfied with the staff and customer service. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. Unlike many other apartments, Grand River provides a more "home-y" environmental experience with the developed trees and the surrounding grass between the separate buildings.Property Manager Responded

Great staff all around
November 14, 2023I started my journey back in August, I’ve been here since end of October. Lee was simply wonderful, reassuring and patient with the whole move in. She follows up with me very quickly on questions I may have. I needed storage and , boom, her Brittney were right on it. Thanks all of you including John and Luke in maintenance.
