The property is clean and maintained and the amenities are great! The maintenance team is on top of all of the request in a timely manner. Maintenance is the best!
December 20, 2024I've been living here for past 3 months and I'm very happy. The grounds are always clean the office staff is very engaging which is surprising for once. Most of all the maintenance team is EVERYTHING!! I was skeptical at first because they're all so young but man, they get the job done right. Ivan is my #1. Anytime I have an issue within 5 minutes of requesting help, he's at my door. Quality all around.Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024Pool is always closed and never an explanation is provided to residents. Gate door is always broken and is so loud while opening. Maintenance team don’t come as often to change/clean the AC filters. The people who cut the grass always splash dirt on my front door and no one cleans it after. Garbage cans are overflowing because cans are small and the team don’t come as often as they should be. The worse part is the management team. They don’t care about resident happiness. They just care about ...money. We are only numbers for them. I forgot to mention that there are lights on the community that have been flashing since a year ago and no one has changed it because they’re cheap and don’t want to spend money. I was promised by the manager Ana that all outdoor door (including garage) will be painted and that never happened. There are so many new buildings with better quality gate system and they really take care of the community so Cortland Jubilee better step it up because they’re falling behind.
