It's an comfortable, relaxing, no nonsense community. Close to all major freeways, l-10, 101, 202, l-60, l-17 13 quick mins from/to skyharbor airport Location, Location, is Everything!!.

Overall, the good communtiy , You need separate the people who has pet and without pets. Especially , annoying pet keep barking for unattentation owner.

Overall, my three years at Cortland South Mountain have been a mixed experience. The maintenance team has consistently demonstrated reliability. However, the office staff’s performance has been inconsistent. Safety in such a high-traffic area has also been inconsistent, and the overall maintenance of the property could use some work. To compound these issues, price gouging occurred well before any upgrades were implemented (and the upgrades were not executed effectively, resulting in uneven ...
baseboards, flooring, and messy painting). I remain here solely due to its convenient location, a few excellent neighbors, and the fact that there’s a possibility I’ll be moving out of state next year.

Probably one of the best apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived In. This is a high end apartment complex. It's very clean, quite and staff is on everything. Maintenance crew here are amazing and never lazy. They keep this place clean and running nice.
