I have lived here since May 2020. The first few years were amazing. Great apartments, helpful and friendly office management, and an amazing Service Manager who kept everything running and looking good. I will not be renewing when my current lease is up. Over the past 1-2 years I have seen this community slowly erode into a former shell of itself. They lost their service manager and have not replaced them. Amenities are constantly going down for repair (pool, hot tubs, grills, fire pit, pet spa) ...
and either have much longer repair windows than originally communicated or are not being repaired at all. They price the apartments as "luxury" units but there is nothing luxurious about the upkeep and management of this community. Our apartment is also starting to show signs of serious structural damage. We live on the top floor and have significant cracks in our walls and have recently noticed a slant to the unit that was not there when we moved in. Concerning to say the least. There are plenty of new builds in the area with nice amenities and well built apartments priced similarly. I would look there and avoid Cortland at Coalton.

You are right to feel frustrated by amenity access taking longer than expected and our team not being as communicative about this as we would like to be. While these delays were the result of working with vendors who had delays of their own with scheduling and the arrival of specialty parts, we know that doesn't make a difference in what our residents experience, and we apologize that we weren't able to complete some of these projects as soon as we had thought.

I have lived here for 3 years and will sign another 15 month lease soon. Not only is the staff quick to address your needs as a tenant, they are also truly friends. Can’t say that about other places I have lived. As an added bonus, the views of the mountains cannot be beaten. I am home!
