It is a great community. They keep the place clean and neat. Management, Office staff, and maintenance staff provide excellent customer service. This is a nice high end apartment compared to any other apartments that I have lived in. I am happy and comfortable. I highly recommend to live here.

This is my 3 year and this team is great I can see the difference with past years Property looks great , cleaning main areas and hallways always looks clean definitely a place I want to stay and Jazmin very professional and always on top of any issues resolve ASAP thank you

The residents an d facilities are excellent. Pet friendly, but you don’t really hear the dogs. I am not a dog owner but enjoyed meeting All the residents and the dogs.

Having lived at a handful of different apartment communities in different states, Cortland is hands down the absolutely best place to live! The community is clean and quiet. The staff is personable and attentive. We feel safe and comfortable living here.
