Courtland at Raven is a very nice and also a quiet community. I especially enjoy the gated community being safe and secure and kids not running all over the place, although there are kids that behave too. I like it because of its vicinity to the airport(5-10 minutes to park or UBER) for work and traveling, downtown, and most of the valley is 30 minutes or less. For me, being on the canal to walk, bike, and 3 golf courses being within 3 miles, not to mention the perfect gym with everything you ...

cortland is so amazing in so many ways, the management, the maintenance, the events, food trucks, the way they take care of the landscape. they care and a lot of apartments lack that. i 100% recommend
