November 11, 2024Cortland at Raven is a smaller Community not a huge complex and it’s an amazing place to call home! We have been here since Sept 2016 and just love it! Super close to South Mountain and Arizona Mill Mall - Harkins, LEGO, other shopping, and Restaurants. The grounds of the complex are beautifully kept by the local landscaping crew that come 2 or sometimes more times a week. Always beautiful flowers in the entry and around the front fountain. The pool/jacuzzi area is also beautiful! It has comfy ...furniture and plenty of tables and 2 BBQ’s! Renovations were finished in late 2022 or early 2023 and included beautiful upgrades…brand new appliances, granite countertops, tiled showers and laminated wood floors. Management is great and always has an open door for all residents. If any issues arise they are super quick, easy to contact, and super friendly! Glad to have our Manager Sara back but was sad to see Mike and Briseida leave. There are fun community get together’s and it’s easy to get to know you neighbors. If you are thinking about Cortland at Raven come take a look - as a long time resident I really think you’ll love what you find here!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Quiet and gated community
May 16, 2024The apartments are all renovated with new everything. The front office staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The service staff, Luis and Andres are really proficient and professional and resolve issues quickly. The poil and fitness center are very nice too. Highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
