Overall great facility, very safe. However, you can only take 1 shower with hot water at a time and the first level trash smell is tough to handle. Other than that the staff is great and the apartment itself is nice.

Cortland on the River is a great place to live! I've lived here for about 4 months and have had a really positive experience. Great amenities, a lot of convenience in costs and resident life and overall, a really great value for what I'm paying!

I enjoy living at Cortland on the River because it's a well-maintained facility and conveniently located near a few grocery stores and restaurants. With being next to the Greenbelt, my dog and I have quick access to a couple parks to play at and I love it.

Cortland truly feels like a luxury place to live, the amenities are great and the staff and maintenance are so responsive. Everyone here seems to take pride in the community and the staff does a great job of keeping it tidy.You can’t beat the proximity to the river and access to the greenbelt here. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else right now.
