About Cottage Row Carlsbad
Cottage Row Carlsbad is a very unique and small community with only 24 units and they are duplex type cottages. Tenants share kitchen wall and carport. All houses has a backyard. Our units have a waiting list, therefore, we rarely have to wait until tenants move out to have a signed lease. We strongly advise you to request to be on the list if you wish to move into one of our units. This way, as soon as someone gives notice, you will be the first to know about availability. After we contact those in our waiting list, if the time is not right for them for one reason or another, then we have the ads up. Currently, we do not have furnished units. Hidden Little Paradise

Cottage Row is a hidden community and what I love about it is that it's very quiet and no one driving by knows it's here so that's why I called it hidden paradise!
They are all single level duplexes and it feels like home. It's not crowded like apartments. It's not for everyone as the buildings looks old from the outside and that's what I like about them too. Inside though, they are cute and cozy and I can make my my house look adorable.

love nature and my backyard is lovely and full of birds, squirrels and bunnies! I have a bird bath and also a bird feeder. From my office I can see them all and they are my inspiration.
