August 24, 2024So far so good, the heavy rain caused my roof to leak when I talked to on call maintenance guy he said they would call to schedule repair on Monday its been two and a half weeks and I haven't heard from anyone, other than that its been good so far.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024it’s alright. The dog poop never gets picked up which is very annoying and makes the community smell. Maintenance is cool, if I need something fixed they get to it pretty quick within a day or two.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024The employees are great and very responsive!, but I very much dislike the new portal to pay rent which costs each resident $1.95 monthly when it was free before and I feel the rent is pretty high compared to similar apartments.Property Manager Responded
