He made sure all of my needs were met, pointed out the most amazing views and amenities the property had to offer. Regardless of the speed bumps that we came across that was beyond their control they remainder professional and apologetic as they wanted to ensure my time was valuable. Both my kids and myself love our new home

So far so good, the heavy rain caused my roof to leak when I talked to on call maintenance guy he said they would call to schedule repair on Monday its been two and a half weeks and I haven't heard from anyone, other than that its been good so far.

it’s alright. The dog poop never gets picked up which is very annoying and makes the community smell. Maintenance is cool, if I need something fixed they get to it pretty quick within a day or two.

The employees are great and very responsive!, but I very much dislike the new portal to pay rent which costs each resident $1.95 monthly when it was free before and I feel the rent is pretty high compared to similar apartments.

So far I’ve had no major issues living here it’s quiet and kept clean the maintenance staff is nice and so is the management and we have a nice view of pikes peak every day

It’s pretty quiet which is good. I wish there was assigned parking. Other than that it’s a perfect cottage. Maintenance is very helpful and takes care of things really quickly.

Overall pretty solid. Maintenance works quick and efficient. Office answers our questions and attempts to help. Wish there was less homeless around. I love the view of Pikes Peak!
