As far as where I live I feel very blessed.Of course there are always going to be people that don't think they have to follow the rules.But there are very few.

This is a nice, quietish apartment complex. Not a ton of amenities for the complex but the apartments have what you need.. Good,fast maintenance crew. Office staff is also very helpful.
