    I’ve been to this place on more than one occasion to visit a relative and this place has gone downhill over the last year. The grass hasn’t been mowed in over a month. I know the rain was part of the problem but we haven’t had any rain in over a week now and it still hasn’t been mowed. The gutters stay packed because no one cleans them. The squirrels have taken over chewing the wires in cars and in the attics. The Manager is rude and hateful to the tenants and a lot of them are scared of her. The ...
    air conditioners are outdated and constantly go out. There are big roots sticking out of the ground and even growing into the siding of the apartments. These things the elderly shouldn’t have to worry about but it’s a constant here. Make sure to look this place over and speak to the tenants before moving here.
