Not worth the money
April 16, 2017Stylish apartment spaces but the appliances and construction quality is sub-par. Walls are VERY thin so you can hear conversation level voices next door, and if your neighbors have kids then be prepared to hear a lot of commotion. Neighborhood is not very great, there is a homeless shelter on the same street and lots of activity from a club across the way whenever it closes and the club goers congregate in the parking garage. Maintenance is slow to respond and often will mark your work order as ...having been addressed even if they didn't actually fix the issue. However, I will say that of the options in Lowell this is probably one of the nicer ones, but the price is ridiculous for the area. You can do better for the amount of money they are asking for these units.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Counting House Lofts
December 27, 2015Lofts have been open since January 2015. Moved in May 1 and already threshold has broken in half, lock has fallen off window, ceiling has major stains with white spots and neighborhood is definitely not safe especially on weekends. Parking is not free as you need to park in the garage across the street for $45 per car a month. No storage space.Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2015Newly renovated apartment building. Everything is modern and spacious. Building is always kept clean, staff is very helpful and cheery. Area is nice and quiet and at walking distance to many restaurants. Apartment has state of the art gym equipment and the neighboring apartment building allows us to use their gym since it the same leasing company. Beautiful when running outdoors. Nice little area for our dog. Always feel safe since there are new security cameras on the outside and its very well ...lit at nights.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
