Country Club Villas II Apartments

parking spot all over this huge property. Internet service is monopolized, you cannot have Direct Tv or another provider for some reason have to get a service called OpticalTel. Never heard of this provider until I moved here 8 years ago and with good reason. Horrible connection, but I can live with that if everything else worked. Good luck. Save yourself a headache my vehicle got stolen in the middle of the night October 2021 and one of the partners that owns the property told me if I wanted to have security to move somewhere else. Not to mention I have had the airbag stolen in previous years here as well. I should mention that I actually got to speak with him because he came down from Tampa since it's inspection time with the fire department. The police is tired of the heavy volume of auto theft and lack of effort from this property and its owners they hold crime watch meetings and the owners dont do anything.Truly a disgrace to see such a great potential for living being reduced to garbage, yet I am not the one managing this property but have a clearer idea as to how then the people running this place. The partners have various housing complexes in the South Florida area, it is not that they don't have money its simply because they don't care. I will not even go into depth with the managing issues and the office with repairs and damages that must be reported so they can come and fix.... lets just say its not up to standards. I cannot stress this enough, save your peace of mind and choose a safer and better place to live. I can't wait to move out soon. I truly hope this review helps anyone thinking about living at Country Club Villas Apartments this is what they will not tell you as you fill out the application.
