They lied to us about having to pay a fee for ending my lease early. I only ended it around 30 days early and gave them a month notice, they moved someone in less than a week after I moved out and they still charged me a lease breaking fee. I said I would stay the final month and pay rent but they said I was ok to move out without fees. Disgusting lies. They then never attempted to reach out to me for payment so now I have to pay a credit agency. I know they did this because they wanted to hide ...
the fees for as long as possible. I would only recommend this place to people I hate. They are not military friendly. They are not people friendly. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a few problems upon moving in but they helped to get the situation resolved and everything has been good since then. They are very community oriented and great with all the kids.

Make sure when you move in write down every stain you see on the carpet. You should have them lift up the carpet to see if their are any stain under the carpet too. When you move out they will make you pay for repairs for stain under the carpet. Make sure you make note of everything you see wrong or they will charge you at the end.

Don't go there

I was sent there by a sister property I was living in my car they were nice to your face they said everything was all good I was ready to move in butt I needed a cosigner I didn't have a cosigner so when I ask for my deposit back she turned and smiled did you forfeit it you were even there live here or you forfeit it so don't go there and take your money and I rather see you on the street then live in their nice apartment

This is our second year living here. I am overall very pleased with our apartments. Nice neighbors all around. My kids can play outside and are not bothered. Great school district and it is affordable. I would recommend these apartments to a friend or family member.

Country Creek Apartments is a great community. The rent is very reasonable for the size of apartments offered. I havery a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that I pay under $700 a month for. The location is great. I'm 10 minutes from Norman and downtown Oklahoma City. I would definitely refer friends and family to this complex.
