there is a laundromat not too far away. They are older and when I had problems, things were taken care of quickly. I have never had a problem with management or maintenance. I wish I could stay here because of how well I was treated here. Do what you should as a tenant, and you shouldn't have any problems.

The office is just feet away from where this very loud noise is coming from and Debbie stands outside the office several times s day but stated that she could not hear it all day. The maintence guys come and go all day from that office yet no one heard the noise? The entire complex can hear the noise! We video taped the location of noise and office location. It's unbelievable that apparently the staff heard this all day and ignored it. Even the cable guy here fixing cable by the unit making the noise could not believe the manager was going to allow this to go on another night as whichever unit it is he said will not have air when the thing finally breaks and stops! He advised we send the video to local media outlets as it could be dangerous also!! The noise and vibration are not just outside our window- it's going through 3 tenants pipes!!! Needless to say after another sleepless night we are looking for a new apartment. This complex is old and they only cover up things that need addressed. Don't waste your money on living here!
