New manager direct but does not take any nonsense my mom has lived here 21years thus complex has never had structure. We use to complain and nothing got done or they would retaliate the old manager would tell who made the complains not Sabrina. Maintenance is getting things done finally my mom fell 6xs needed a handicap shower, finally got it with new staff . New assistant very sweet and very knowledgeable Spanish professionals

This new maintenance supervisor Vic will insult you and call you a lier! He has no clue what he is doing and thinks it's ok when you move into an apartment that is filthy and nasty with roaches caused by previous residents!! He thinks because this is low income housing it is ok to live this way!!! The manager also agrees with anything he says!!! The two are truly dumb and dumber!!!
