I love this place. It's a short walk to two major bus lines, the 612 & 645. The view of the river and wooded area is great. All of the perks of downtown Ogden are right there. Maxwell, the property manager, is a wonderful guy. He truly cares for the tenants and does his best to look out for everyone.

Do not sign a lease with this place!!!

I had a really bad leak coming through my bathroom ceiling. Called the emergency maintenance line and left 3 messages about the severity of the problem. Nothing. Called the front office and left 2 messages, and got the same deal. And it's not just that but lots of other things. The company that bought the apartment complex recently (Mission Rock) is even worse than the previous owners. It's a great location...but that's about it

If you want to be surrounded by the night life and then come home to tucked away apartment near trees and Ogden River then this is the Place for you. There is a 24hr laundry facility for your convenience and a fitness room also during the summer take a swim in the sparkling pool or cook out on one of the grills in the courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful. Minutes away from Restaurants and shopping. Come home to Country Woods
