August 25, 2020Anything before 2020 was old management. It's a great building, great management, free parking, free laundry, really nice apartments. Definitely worth getting on the list.Review from Apartments.com

October 5, 2019The landlord is an idiot. He’s put people in rooms they don’t have leases for, then moved people around as he pleases. He has no idea how to run the building. He crammed my roommate and I (who didn’t know each other at all) into a tiny room that we had to share with two other people we didn’t know because he put us in a room he’d already leased to other tenants and didn’t have anywhere to place us AFTER we signed a lease.Review from Apartments.com
