Conveniently located in the booming Brookside East neighborhood, Courtyard features gated parking and newly renovated apartments with high-end finishes and great neighborhood amenities. The Brookside East neighborhood is currently experiencing a renaissance. Roughly defined as 63rd Street from Oak to Troost, residents can enjoy a bakery, multiple restaurants, a brewery, a gym, and more! “Old Brookside” is only a few blocks to the west and it is home to many more restaurants, bars, banks, auto service centers, and so on. Most units include a private balcony or patio. Tenants at Courtyard Apartments also have access to our package concierge service- a free service that allows tenants to ship packages to our office in Midtown KC for pick up.
