Cockroaches
March 12, 2023The building is infested with cockroaches. The property manager is also very friendly until after you sign the lease and are tied into the contract. I highly recommend looking somewhere else. It's not worth the cheaper rent and nice-looking appliances.Review from Apartments.com
Very friendly community
August 27, 2021I've lived at the Courtyard at Cherry Creek for almost a year. Isela (the manager) is responds very promptly to any concerns and maintenance does a wonderful job keeping the community clean. In the winter, the pathways are shoveled immediately and in the summer, the pool is always immaculate. I don't think I could have found a better place for the price in such a central location! My only complaint is road/street noise but that is to be expected in the middle of a densely populated area. I ...would recommend again but am moving out to have a yard for my dog. Never EVER move here
December 3, 2019This place is garbage. The police are always here, people let their little kids run ramped alone all day long, no one is ever in the leasing office, we have mice and ants, drunk people vomit all over the property all the time. I’m leaving immediately.Review from Apartments.com
