One of the better ones but prices are increasing every year and for really only a pool and small gym and two study rooms as accommodations I’d say they shouldn’t up the prices any moreProperty Manager Responded

We did have an increase in rates due to the overall market increase and ensured we are within and even below average compared to a few others in our area. We absolutely agree and understand as the market fluctuates, our rental rates will as well. We will always offer our renewals the lowest market rates at the start of each leasing term to provide an incentive for our current residents. We will take a look our our gym equipment and address that topic for our residents!

March 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt's a good neighborhood. The pool is great, but it is constantly packed with people who don't live there. A lot of movement around, but it can also last long hours of the night on weekdays. A lot of trash left from frats are constantly around, but the office workers are great.Property Manager Responded

Our community did just complete a full round of the property to ensure trash and unapproved items are not located outside. Our community additionally has a new security team that is available for unlimited courtesy calls for items such as in the event there is excess noise from a unit. We do allow residents to utilize our amenities and encourage their friends do as well, with respect to the property and its current tenants.

I love living with my best friends inna town-home style apartment. The kitchen is a great space for cooking and hosting, and the half bath on the bottom floor is perfect for guests.
