What a nightmare
February 14, 2021I can't wait to leave. The people above me have a child that will not stop running and jumping. The walls are thin enough that you can hear people talking, peeing, flushing the toilets, and doing other things I won't mention -- it's a major issue! The area itself is not bad, but at the end of the day you will need to endure the immense aggravation because management will not do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
A Rare Find that a Great Value!
July 28, 2015Cranberry Run Apartments located in Aberdeen Maryland offers tenants a wonderful combination of location, amenities, and price. The modest complex is less than three minutes off interstate 95 (Exit 85/Route 22) along the northern border of Aberdeen. Shopping and a good selection of restaurants are a short walk away. The complex offers beautifully maintained grounds, tons of parking, a swimming pool and play ground. The two bedroom apartments sport generous bedrooms, with walk-in closets, a good ...sized bathroom and ample storage in addition to the closets. The modern kitchen is galley style, and equipped with updated appliances and very nice counter tops. My apartment additionally was out-fitted with all new wall-to-wall carpets. To top things off, PETS are allowed - both dogs and cats! So there's no longer a struggle to find a home for your beloved friend when you move here. And did I mention that the only utility that I pay for each month is electricity? Yes, gas, water AND heat are included in the price of the rent!!! Two bedroom apartment start at less than $1000 per month. My family and I feel safe and are happy here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
