This complex is a nightmare: The rge bills are high; there is constant noise from children at all hours; there are bugs in the apartment; the rugs are old; drugs are sold...police come every week like clockwork; there is garbage everywhere; people can do whatever they want at any time Avoid this place like the plague if you want a clean, safe, and quiet environment
