I have been here for nine years. I have seen the negative things people leave on here. I disagree with them. I feel these come from disgruntled residents who failed to follow the rules of their lease. This is a small complex with nice neighbors. I have had no issue with my neighbors. These are older apartments, but that's fine, it's peaceful comfortable. That's what I like. Ms. Patti and the staff guy are always helpful and there for you. No pool or tennis court, but again, not something I want ...

Quite complex. Staff takes care of tenant needs to the best of their ability. Enforces community guidelines to keep all tenants happy. Really a great place to stay.

Lights on building do not work, trash piles up , washing room one side of washers is broke and steals money and 2 dryers steal money don’t work the management on the property does nothing to improve the complex, pool is closed so dirty I assume permanently. Maintenance is poor . Every year AC go out. The on-site management speaks to tenants very rude and made living there very uncomfortable . I payed on time ahead of time , my experience with the management and witnessing with other I believe ...

Creekside needs new management Or teach the current one how to properly speak and take care of the property .

Horrible place to stay and the manager is a evil crooked woman. When you move out she will try and charge you for things that were already damaged before you moved in and never gives back your deposit

Hello All! This location is a wonderful place to be, lovely community with an amazing staff to help you along the way. The grounds are always kept and to top that there is a beautiful sparkling pool to take a dip in. Access to wonderful dining areas are just a drive away as well as the University of South Alabama! Go Jags! I can't wait to see you at home!
