I've lived at Creekside Apartments for five years. I want to recognize our community manager, Steve. Living onsite gives Steve a unique perspective. He sees firsthand what's working and what needs attention, and more importantly, he acts on it!
There are a couple of major upgrade projects that happened this summer under his leadership with one being all new asphalt and operation: package room! The package room delivery process has greatly improved! Steve added bilingual signage with very clear ...
delivery instructions which has transformed the mail room. He added four charging stations for electric cars. I think I speak for the community when I say his accessibility is a game changer ... the fact that his door is open and he's actually there when residents need him is refreshing. If you don't find Steve at his desk, you'll probably spot him zipping around the property on his scooter, checking on things and making sure Creekside is at its best. His scooter has become a symbol of his management style: always moving, always observing, always looking for ways to make Creekside better.
If you're looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend Creekside Apartments. Beautiful grounds and amenities are important, but great leadership makes all the difference and Steve is a big reason Creekside feels like home.
