Overall a good place.
October 2, 2025The staff has been pretty good, although any apartment complex/leasing office will have its flaws, inconveniences, and annoyances. The area is well landscaped, minus the area in front of our building being only dirt. People usually pick up after their dogs, and it is a very pet friendly community. The pool is frigid, and the gate and fob entry spots were broken for quite a while. I’d say it’s well priced for the quality and area you get. It is safe and pretty quiet. They are pretty strict about ...their garage policy being that you can ONLY have your car in the garage with very little storage. We do feel that the storage elements of the 1 bedroom apartments are lacking. Maintenance has been kind and considerate, and the office does strive to have a nice community with monthly events and such.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2024I have really enjoyed living here mainly because of the peaceful neighbors and that the area is surrounded by everything that you need. I’m not a huge fan of the management or the portal that they provide to pay rent. It’s almost like all the charges that finally populate are named weird or just show up weird to make it more confusing for the residents.
