June 20, 2024Constant awful smell in the apartment, constant leaks, swamp cooler doesn't work, and when it does, it contributes to the leaks. COCKROACH paradise, they are everywhere! Cockroaches in the fridge, dishwasher, oven and bathroom. Unprofessional landlords that have no sense of emotional intelligence and can't handle criticism. This apartment gave me nightmares.Property Manager Responded

We pride ourselves on well clean, maintained apartments, professional and responsive management, and great customer service. If you are one of our tenants and your apartment is infested with roaches you need to submit a maintenance request immediately so that we can get AAA Pest Control out there as soon as possible, and if there is roaches in your appliances, replace them. We don't want roaches in your apartment to invade your neighbors' apartments. Your review does not provide identifying information so we are unable to confirm if you are one of our tenants or know what apartment you live in. If you reviewed the wrong apartment community, please kindly delete the erroneous review. If you are our tenant, contact us immediately so we can handle your roach situation.
