DO NOT MOVE HERE . READ IN ENTIRETY 1. After the first year they went up on rent yet we still have a HUGE missing piece of concrete that damages your vehicles . 2. They want there rent ON TIME but do not regularly send pest control even after you have requested it MULTIPLE times . 3. There is a known roach infestation in the apartment below but they only treat those who ask for it . Yet even after you ask they may or may not come . 4. The leasing office never answers the phones during business ...

hours . Even if you try to go up there it’s a 8/10 chance they will be out on the property or just not there 5. It took them 11 months to get me working air conditioning . When they finally entered my apartment unknowingly to fix it they left law dust , & a mess everywhere & didn’t place my things back how they where .

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I gotta say I love it here! The leasing office staff has always been super nice and actually answers calls! Something I see a lot of other tenants in other complexes seem to have trouble with. If they miss your call they even call back ! If a work order is placed the maintenance guys are on it! Like I have no complaints ! Not to mention the renovations are amazing!

Hello, I am so happy! The property manager made it so easy I mailed my deposit and he emailed me my lease. The Townhomes are so nice! I am relocating from NJ and they set the bar high. Thank you so much!
