One night at 3 am a 3-4 ft section crashed down on the toliet and sink. It was partially fixed the next day but for 2 months we had no ceiling there only open rafters. the main apartment rooms are barrier free and somewhat handicapped workable, but bathrooms aren't. No clubhouse, no pool. entry handicap accessible on level with parking lot - back of building is on lake/hill so our 2nd floor apt walks in on level but balcony is one level above the lake. No handicap access to lake. Accessible by 30 stairs or steep hills.
