No soundproofing
March 13, 2021
The property is nice, modern and new. However, there's no soundproofing at all. I can hear my neighbor's alarm rings at 4am, walking around, slam the furniture, then leave the apartment by slamming the door. On the kitchen side, I can hear my neighbor slams the cabinets drawers and doors.
