About Cumberland Apartments

Located steps from Ft. Greene Park and a block from the C and G trains, this building is one of the most sought after places to live in Fort Greene. this building was built in 1928 and still retains some of its beautiful art deco charm with amazing tiled, cement floral geometric patterns and lovely polished brass door facial plates in the lobby. There is a wrought iron gate that conceals the mailroom and this is all the original iron work. Most apartments have framed walls and arched inner doorways and at least one cedar closet exists. The hardwood floors are from the original construction. The apartments are spacious, with separate kitchen and living areas. The building also has laundry and accepts packages Monday through Saturday.
