Thin walls!!
August 27, 2024I love this apartment complex for so many reasons, but the noise from surrounding apartments is unbearable. If you have sensitive hearing, I would say avoid avoid avoid. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls or ceilings, so every noise your neighbors make only amplifies the noise. If you can, get an upstairs unit. If you get a downstairs unit, you are completely under the mercy of your upstairs neighbors and unfortunately not everyone is considerate of the fact people live below them. I ...don’t know about you, but I like to have some peace and quiet in my down time but that’s simply not possible with folks trying to get their 10k steps while stomping above me every single day. For the price, this place is great but if you enjoy your sanity, I’d say look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024The overall is good! Staff is great. If you need anything fixed depending on what it is happens with in a day or two which is great. Amenities are usually clean and open. Only complaint is parking and thin walls. There is rarely enough parking but alot of spaces that are covered but are an extra $75 a month. My husband and I have 2 cars, we pay for one spot and still gave issues finding parking.Property Manager Responded
