"The building is old and in poor condition, with terribly slow elevators, worn-out carpeting, and dirty stairwells. The management is unresponsive to resident complaints and the building is located in a high crime area.

Great Location, Awful Staff

Ever since the former manager departed this community, the treatment of the residents by the leasing office has been deplorable and down right offensive. Your service requests go unanswered. If you complain about them breaking and hiding certain policies, they get defensive and aggressive. Visitors cars remain in spots, while residents cars are towed for lofty prices. No hot water after 10 minutes in the shower, and no hot baths ever. Want to complain? Get ready for them to not care and be rude. ...

Daniels Run is the perfect place to live. The most quietest apartment I have ever lived in. The management is extremely nice as well as the maintenance crew. Place is very spacious and rent is moderate. Building complex is spotless!!
