Terrible, Noisy, Dirty, and Absolutely Unliveable

Do not be charmed by it's low rent; this place is an absolute cesspool.
As a former resident, these apartments were once actually nice and quiet. However, throughout my stay it has only gone downhill due to two incompetent managers allowing noisy, rude, and disrespectful tenants to live here. Homeless people raid the trash, the laundry room (where the mailboxes are) have been broken into and stolen, and quite frequently you will find people arguing either outside or indoors at ungodly hours at ...

Do not expect the manager to do anything for you if you run into any issues; you will quickly find yourself realizing they only care about collecting your rent once you have signed the lease. Local security will not arrive for hours, they are useless. The other residents here are NOT friendly; they have created their own cliques and the moment you file a noise complaint about one of them, they will all gang up on you. The residents here are not above threatening assault, and no one will bat an eye.
There is no civility here. You will NOT feel safe, as I have not for the past year and is the primary reason I left this awful place.
You have been warned. Stay away from this place. The cheap rent is not worth it, and you will find yourself wanting to move elsewhere as quickly as you came.
