I currently live in Dawnview Townhomes for the past year. When I first moved in it was quite and the grounds were clean. Since then the grounds are nasty, trash is thrown around by the fellow neighbors and left. The play basketball in the parking lot all day and night, dinging cars and they refuse to move when you are trying to back out or pull in. The kids play in the parking lot and wont move out the way for people trying to get to their parking spot. The kids even little babies are ...
playing in the parking lot unattended which is a safety factor.. We now have kids coming from the neighborhood who dont even live here to play basketball in the parking lot. I have complained to no avail
