Affordable
October 13, 2025I have really enjoyed living here at Deerfield! I moved here from Utah and fell in love with all the abundance of trees and bushes. Felt like back home. They have a great dog park, laundry facilities, and awesome pool! We also have internet in our apartment, great for work and school! Staff is always super friendly and helpful when I have ever needed them! Maintenance is always friendly and quick when they come fix anything. Not as it seems.
November 16, 2022I have been living here for almost a year now and if you love stepping in dog poop, then these are the apartments for you! It's absolutely everywhere and they do nothing about it. Also beware of the world's thinnest walls to hear all what your neighbors are doing, but it doesn't stop there. If you like random smells, I can only assume to be neighbors cooking something, to take over your whole apartment then they have that here too. Not Too Bad
May 15, 2022It was a decent apartment complex, but the parking was a complete nightmare!!!! They DESPERATELY need to have assigned parking!!!! If I managed to get a parking space near our apartment, I felt trapped because I knew that if I left, someone would get it. I had to go to Grace Clinic one evening because I was extremely dizzy. Turned out I had vertigo. Of course, I lost my good parking space close to our apartment and I had to park really far away and walk back to our apartment while dealing with ...being extremely dizzy. NOT FUN!!!!! The ladies in the office were alright. Maintenace was great!!! Our upstairs neighbor was amazing!!! She was very quiet and we REALLY miss her!!!! The only reason that we moved was so that we could have a reserved, covered parking space. I still don't understand why that place kept winning KCBD's Best of the West apartment complex for so many years!!!! A Snuggery in the Shire
July 16, 2020I can't believe my time here has come to an end. Deerfield Village has been my cozy and healing snuggery for two-years. During my time here I have had the peace to heal and the quiet I need to write. My neighbors have been wonderful. My apartment was large and very comfortable. And, everything always maintained and working. As soon as my hot water heater went out, the wonderful maintenance men had it replaced within hours. April 24, 2020I lived here in 2013 and out of my 16 different moves in life, this is my favorite in Lubbock. I love all the trees and plants, it’s quiet, the office staff were great and maintenance issues were always taken care of quickly. Each apartment has a storm door so it really feels homey. I also loved the privacy of the pool and the huge dog park. This place is a hidden gem. Since I left they added covered parking. Just loved it there. Office staff will go above and beyond to serve you and ensure your living experience is optimal.
