October 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in tons of apartments but these were the worst, and not cheap either. The area is pretty nice, but the apartments themselves suck. There is no upkeep and everything is done poorly, mail never gets delivered, cops get called and even held us up at gunpoint over noise complaints (we were sleeping so it wasn’t us) and when we moved out they charged us two months rent over damages and we left the apartment exactly as we got it. I recommend them for a $$$ Increase in wages to keep them here. I have been a resident here for over 9 years, these two are the best nature and combatant, I have seen at Del Flora!
