Great amenities stood out for me just as plenty space for business centers, conference room, printer, coffee machine, fitness center with a nice view, yoga room, theater, running track and so many others. Located in a nice area in Del Ray and very convenient for work commute and explore the neighborhood. Between the water and electricity being shut off (several times), the HVAC (heat and cool) going out and needing repairs (many times), the fire alarms going off (too many times to count), the underground parking garage gate broken (for many weeks), the elevators not in service due to inspection failures (for months), I'd say, its time to move out and move on!Property Manager Responded
