        The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great when they’re not broken. I wish the balconies were fully covered. Everyone is very friendly in the complex which is a nice change from north Arlington apartments.

        We've been here about 2 years now and both work from home. It's quiet enough here that we're both able to do that from the same apartment, and there are plenty of other places in the building to go and work if we need to during the day. Building is well maintained, maintenance does a really good job of staying on top of things, front desk staff are so nice. At our last place before this, the packages room was a complete nightmare - this place does a good job with packages and helps you find yours ...
        if you can't for some reason. We'll likely renew next time - recommend if you're looking for a quiet place that's close to Alexandria Old Town without being smack in the middle of it.

        The apartment is so secure and well maintained , the amenities are so good and it is located in a prime location, so very easy to commute , the metro is located in 1 miles u can get a dash bus from the apartment

        elevator #5 broken 3 times a week for the past few months. it will get fixed for maybe 2 days max then break again. one time I got stuck in there for a few minutes before being able to open the door

        The Del Ray Tower is a hidden gem in Alexandria - close to several metro stations via bus and walking distance to the heart of Del Ray's restaurant/small town scene. It's also a quick ride share or drive to/from Washington, D.C. Above all, the building is clean, safe and well run. Neighbors are respectful and mostly quiet. I've been a resident for years and look forward to more years here!
