Do Not Live Here – Safety is Ignored

Do not move here if you value your family’s safety or peace of mind. My son’s bedroom roof caved in, and it was only seconds away from falling directly on him. Instead of treating this like the emergency it was, management brushed it off and tried to do a quick, cheap fix. They refused to properly test for mold even though there was visible water damage. The management has been dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout this entire ordeal. My child is terrified to even sleep in his room ...

now, and I no longer feel safe living here. What should have been a secure home has turned into a stressful and unsafe environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Families deserve better.

Quiet, family oriented, safe property. Beautiful nice upgrades and renovations and very spacious apartment,homes. Office staff is caring, and understanding and nice. Maintenance also completes work orders fast. Del Rey village is a great place to call home.

Hello, I have lived here for two years. Del Rey Village had its ups and downs just like every where else. The pros about living here is you are fairly close to shopping and the 635 and 75 freeway. About the maintenance response turn around time. It usually is pretty fast with in 1 or 2 days depending on what is. Office staff they can be rude at times and lately it’s hard to get someone on the phone. The layout of a three bedroom apartment there is a lot space you won’t be on top one ...

other. Noise it is not to bad. If you have children please supervise them don’t allow them to be outside by themselves. Yes the property has cameras but it is a pain to view them even with a police report. Bills are including here that has its pros and cons as well. Schools Depending on the side you live on depends on the school district your children will attend. In my opinion and experience Highlands Meadows is not a good school. So would I recommend Del Rey Village for your next home. Possibly they are not bad if you keep to yourself and pay what you are supposed to and keep it moving.

Stayed there 2 years, Near everything schools, grocery etc,manager Shantel was good and other staff was professional, maintenance issues were solved asap.

Management is slow to respond to your concerns! When you move, they'll charge you for things that are maintenance issues, and refuse to discuss it with you! My wife and I have issues that we can't resolve because they won't speak with us! I've been trying to get the contact info for the corporation responsible for the management of the property!

I moved here in 2015 and I have to say My overall experience has been great ? the office staffs are very helpful and nice they are always willing to help with whatever you need. Anytime I had a problem they was willing to fix it with no problems. Catalina she is a nice person overall she is who I talk to in the office very nice person. I haven't had a bad experience living here so again my experience at Delrey Village was great.

Office agent along with manager have horrible personality and customer service. Can't make a complaint without being told "If you don't like it you can break your contact". Other then that Maintenance works fast and always ready to assist with repairs.

Don’t waste your time moving here . Walls are thin neighbors having staring problems . The parking situation is horrible . They charge you $4.33 for visitor parking and they don’t give you a temporary pass until you can get your actual parking pass so your forced to pay for parking & if you took a look at the property you’d wonder why your paying to park at all . The trash is always overflowing & the parking lot ground is cracked up but they think they deserve $4.33 to park just crazy

The office workers are always pleasant and helpful. The apartment takes my breath away with of the marble counter tops and the new appliances are working really great. I did not expect the apartments here to look this outstanding and the apartments are very nice sized. I love Del Rey Village updated 1 bedroom apartment with the den.
